Application Forms can be obtained for the JLPT - 2009 to be held on Sunday, 6th December 2009 at Chennai, from the JLPT Test Administrative Committee, till 5.00 p.m. of 1st September 2009.
The last date for the receipt of completed applications is till 5.00 p.m. of 4th September 2009.
Application Cost is Rs.50/- each and Test Fee for level 1 & 2 is Rs.500/-, Level 3 & Level 4 Rs.350/-.
Applications will be issued only on first come first served basis for institutions, organizations & individuals (one form per individual) depending on availability.
Payment can be made by Cash / Demand Draft. The Demand Draft is to be drawn in favour of "JLPT Test Administrative Committee" payable at Chennai.
