FPM Application forms are issued free of cost on request from 1st August 2008. Please write to FPM Office, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore 560076, with a self addressed envelope size (9" x 12") affixed with stamps for Rs.75/- and a self addressed slip.
