Quality Policy
We are proud to announce that our college was placed in the top colleges in the JNTU. JNTU is announcing the TOP 50 Ranks in the University State Wide every year, in those Our students are continously banging nearly 10 ranks. Our College is giving sufficient information for students to appear in GRE, TOFEL and GATE Examinations.
We, at Adam’s Engineering College, aspire to establish a system of Quality Assurance which would on a continuous basis evaluate and monitor the quality of education and training imparted at the Institute, improve the teaching-learning process and ultimately, develop the institute as a Centre of Excellence.
We came into origin in the year 1998 & remain governed by the policies established with the sponsorship covered and managed by ANNI INTEGRATED EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY. Our policy is to maintain & provide equal opportunities in its programs, activities, admissions and employment that aims at providing technical education to Christian Minority Students.
We cherish the multi-cultural diversity of our students, faculty and staff & remain committed to creating and nurturing a campus environment that empowers all individuals.

Our founder Sri Potla Nageswara Rao, a well-known industrialist born in an agricultural family who rose in life by dint of hard work, dedication and total commitment. He was the Chairman, Committee of Youth Services and Government of Andhra Pradesh during 1987-89. At a young age, he was instrumental in establishing medium scale industries that generated livelihood to several hundreds of un-employed people & established Adam’s Engineering College that catered to Christian community & provided technical education in both conventional and Hi-Tech disciplines of Engineering with complete state-of-the-art facilities.
Dr N. Nageswara Rao the founder Principal of this college, equipped with more than 22 years of experience in India and abroad before joining this institution. With a single minded focus & determination, he has guided us through a stream of challenges & incorporated the best of technical & technology based academics. His inspiring guidance & leadership has helped us achieve heights of excellence that nurtured successful technical brains.
College campus is surrounded by & enriched by the presence of renowned temple of Lord Sri Rama of Bhadrachalam, Kinnerasani Wild Life Sanctuary and Papikondalu, which draws a number of devotees who visit the religious and tourist's places throughout the year.
Location
We are located in a 40-acre campus that is vast, lush & green with an array of Mango plantations, a mix of scenic beauty & delights at Sitarampatnam, a suburb of Paloncha, Khammam District. The College is located approximately three kilometers from Paloncha and 12 kilometers from Kothagudem.
Both the towns are well known throughout Andhra Pradesh for their industrial firms such as Kothagudem Thermal Power Station (KTPS), Sponge Iron India Limited (SIIL), Nava Bharat Ferro Alloys Limited, and Singareni Collieries Company Limited.

In order to keep up to date & touch with the latest in trends & abreast of the happenings in the technical world, we possess an ISTE Chapter, CSI Chapter, ISTE Student’s Chapter, CSI Student’s Chapter, IETE Chapter, IEEE Student's Forum & ASME students forum in our campus. All of these keep the college campus alive with various academic and technical activities, the same organised with the aid of these professional bodies.

Personality Development
We believe that a child is a delicate creature which possesses enormous potential that needs to be tapped in a proper way. As a result we adopt the following steps - Through inspiration by exposing the child to learning experiences other than in the text books. Through boosting the self-confidence and instilling leadership qualities. By empowering the child to face the challenges and the odds with courage and fortitude. By providing counseling in all possible ways. By providing opportunities to compete with other’s in curricular and co-curricular activities. Through periodical total health checkups. By arranging trips to museum’s, historical places and other important places which instill the feeling to learn and appreciate their importance and significance.
Audio-visual teaching
We aim to offer computer aided learning right from I year onwards. Towards the same, we realise the great significance, scope and need of information technology, the same well-supplemented by sophisticated computer lab facilities to train the student from an early stage.
