Fellow Program in Management (FPM)
FPM, the Doctoral Programme of IIMA, recognized as equivalent to Ph.D., provides necessary skills to identify and research complex issues in the field of Management.
It aims to develop top quality researchers and faculty resources for leading academic institutes, and management experts and thinkers for business organizations, industry, government, and society for both local and international/ markets.

The program aims to admit in the above areas of specialization individuals with exceptional academic background, strong motivation and potential to become excellent researchers at international level.
Applicants are evaluated on their past academic achievements, motivation and preparation for the programme, letters of recommendations, scores on standard test and personal interviews with the faculty.
Eligibility:
A Master's Degree in any discipline, with at least 55 percent marks, with the Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification obtained after a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS, with at least 55 percent marks.
A 4-year / 8-semester Bachelor's degree with at least 60 percent marks or equivalent grade point average. Those appearing for their final examinations in the respective disciplines can also apply.
Financial Aid
The fellowship covers all academic and living expenses and is available for a period of four years extendable by six months. In addition, student is entitled to subsistence allowance of about Rs.180,000 (including food allowance per year).
How to Apply:
Interested candidates are required to take the Common Admission Test (CAT) of IIMs or GMAT / GRE / GATE / UGC - JRF for some of the specific areas.
