The Application form with Prospectus for the following courses will be issued from on all working days. From 18.06.2007 to 28.06.2007 up to 3.00 P.M.

Application forms and prospectus will be issued from the Directorate of Medical Education and office of the Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai -10
2. The candidates authorized persons can obtain the application with a written requisition to the Dean, Government Medical College, Tiruchirappalli duly enclosing a crossed demand draft for Rs.200/- drawn in favour of the Dean Government Medical College, Tiruchirappalli towards the cost of application form with prospectus. The demand draft should have been issued by any one of the Nationalized Banks Only and dated Not Earlier Than 16.06.2007. Postal Orders will not be accepted.
3. Separate application forms should be sent for Para Medical, Certificate Courses, and Diploma in Medical Lab Technology Course. Details of the Courses and other conditions are mentioned in the prospectus.
4. Cost of Application Form
Cost of Application form for Para Medical Certificate and DMLT course is Rs.200/- SC / ST. Candidates are exempted from payment of cost of application and prospectus. They can obtain the application on written requisition duly enclosing and attested Xerox copy f the Community Certificate issued by the appropriate Revenue authorities.
5. Last Date for Receipt of Application form
Completed Application form with all relevant enclosures should be sent to upto 5.00 pm. To 30.06.2007 either in person or by post
