Admission to Para Medical, Certificate Course for 2007-2008 Session
Applications are invited from candidates who have passed H.Sc. Examination in Tamil Nadu with Science subjects for admission to the following Para Medical, Certificate (1 year) / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology course (2 years) for 2007-2008 session. The age of the candidate should be between 17 and 25 years.

2. The candidates authorized persons can obtain the application with a written requisition to duly enclosing a crossed demand draft for Rs.200/- drawn in favour of the Dean Government Madurai Medical College, Madurai towards the cost of application form with prospectus. The demand draft should have been issued by any one of the Nationalized Banks Only and dated Not Earlier Than 16.06.2007. Postal Orders will not be accepted.

3. Separate application forms should be sent for Para Medical Certificate Courses and DMLT Course. Details of the Courses and other conditions are mentioned in the prospectus.
4. Cost of Application Form
Cost of Application form for Para Medical Certificate and DMLT course is Rs.200/- SC / ST. Candidates are exempted from payment of cost of application and prospectus. They can obtain the application on written requisition duly enclosing and attested Xerox copy f the Community Certificate issued by the appropriate Revenue authorities.
5. Last Date for Receipt of Application form
Completed Application form with all relevant enclosures should be sent to upto 5.00 pm. To 30.06.2007 either in person or by post
