Welcome to Konkan Gyanpeeth College of Engineering, Karjat. The College was established by "THE KONKAN GYANPEETH TRUST" in the year 1994 at Karjat in Raigad District, Maharashtra, with the sole aim of providing 1st Class education in the field of Engineering & Technology.
The College is completely unaided. The College is the part of "THE KONKAN GYANPEETH TRUST" founded in the year 1989 by Shri. P. N. Dharkar. Currently, 1,300 students are enrolled in 6 disciplines, viz.
Computer Engineering
Information Technology
Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
Instrumentation Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Production Engineering
Over the past 5 years i.e. 2002-2003, 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 we have maintained an average passing percentage over 76%.
Our College ensures that the best practices of graduate education are imparted to continue the trend of laying the foundations for future employment and post graduate studies.
