The admissions for the academic year 2009-10 are open.
The Foundation Studies programme is a two year long course. It exposes students to a holistic, heuristic and creative learning process that concentrates on the building of basic technical and conceptual skills in art and design. The pedagogy is multidisciplinary, research-oriented, often self-initiated, self-directed and self-assessed, exploratory and experimental, contemporary and radical, with adequate inputs in the liberal arts. By the end of this programme, students would have acquired the necessary skills, understanding and exposure to various disciplines through explorations to decide on their future course of studies, whether in a specialized design discipline or a programme that is not discipline-specific.
Srishti offers three Professional Diplomas in

Clarification regarding NEED:Posted November 25, 2008Srishti has been approached by the NID to join in the proposed common national entrance test for undergraduate courses in design, and is in active consultations regarding this. However, it is not yet a signatory to NEED and will continue to conduct its own independent entrance procedure until further notice. Aspiring students and their parents are advised to take note of this and not to confuse the Srishti entrance test with that of the NID until such information is clearly announced on our website. Kindly ignore any third-party reports or statements on this topic.
