St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology completes four years of its dedicated service to the students and our Nation. I, on behalf of the Prabhu Prakash Province of the Pallottines and as the Chairman of the Nagpur Pallottine Society, offer our hearty congratulations to the Management, the teaching and non-teaching staff and the students for their remarkable performance. We believe that teachers are not just people conducting classes; they are the guiding light of every country, they are the ones who instill in young minds morals, strength of character, discipline and efficiency which are sinews of every country. The Pallottines are dedicated to this ideology and in pursuit of it we have several educational institutions in several states of India.St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology at Nagpur is a growing institution of the Pallottines and it holds many promises in the years to come.

St Vincent Pallotti was a Catholic priest who founded the Society for Catholic Apostolate (SAC), commonly known as the Pallottines, around 150 years ago. Born on April 21, 1795, Pallotti was canonized in 1963. His commitment to his apostolate led him to start orphanages, night schools and technical institutions that exist even today. Besides, he had special compassion for prisoners, soldiers and the sick.

The Society founded by St Vincent Pallotti has institutions in more than 45 countries in all the continents, including USA, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Poland etc. In India, the Society has several premier educational institutions of higher learning. The Nagpur Pallottine Society , which manages the St Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, is a part of this international Society.
