A warm welcome to Basavakalyan Engineering College. The Indian Higher and Technical Education System is to be the biggest and best in the world. Indian Scientists, Technocrats, and Researchers are always in great demand both within and outside India.
Campus:
30 acre Integrated Campus: located in vast green land, adjacent to the national highway between Basavakalyan and Humnabad, it has an ideal location in verdant expanses, in line with the International standards, the campus is designed to be completely integrated and congenial for student life and academic learning, Admission for the first year of the courses shall be open to the students : who have passed the second year pre-university or XII standard or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects : chemistry / biotechnology / computer science / biology / electronics / information science. who have secured not less than 45% for general and 40% for SC / ST / OBC of the aggragate marks in the respective optional subjects and english as one of the languages. who is a holder of diploma with 45% for general and 40% for SC / ST / OBC marks in the final examinations in the appropriate branch of engineering specified in schedule-1 to these rules, awarded by the Board of Technical Examination in Karnataka or equivalent qualification.
