Vision
The Moodlakatte Institute of Technology a charitable institute of Moodlakatte Nagarathna Bhujanga Shetty Trust is situated in Moodlakatte, which is 200 meters from Kundapur railway station. Headed by Shri I.M Jayaram Shetty basically an Engineering graduate and also the chairman of the trust is a well known Philanthropist, Ex-member of legislative assembly and Ex-member of Parliament. His aim is to bring up Moodlakatte Institute of Technology as a model Engineering institution with a disciplined student community.
The main objective of the institution is to produce quality education with basic amenities. To contribute to the growth of Engineering Profession with quality, moral and professional standards. To be on effective source of Technical manpower for the nation, not only to meet our needs but also in making our country a super technological power in the world.
The Institution has been approved by Government of Karnataka and is affiliated to Visvashwaraiah Technological University, Belgaum. It is also recognized by the All India Council For Technical Education, New Delhi.
The Institution is situated amidst pollution free surroundings and beautiful natural environment of coastal Karnataka.
